OneScript allows scripts to be created and run for inbound and outbound campaigns, and also for inbound campaigns linked to a mailing. Scripts can be written by members of the marketing team, with no intervention from IT required. Campaigns can be based on previously-defined campaigns or written from scratch.

OneScript has a number of user levels which allow access to different levels of functionality. Admin users have system-wide powers, but users at lower levels are given authority on a per-campaign basis - that is, a user could have supervisor level access on one campaign but operator level access on another.

OneScript allows input files in Excel and CSV formats, and will create output files in Excel and CSV formats. Various built-in reports on data processed and unprocessed are provided. The facility to create ad-hoc reports is planned as a future enhancement. While a script is being run, comments relating to the current contact may be input and updated, and the input data itself can also be changed to allow on-the-fly data cleaning.

OneScript provides a script validation facility so that scripts can be checked for logical consistency.

OneScript can be used at all function levels entirely without intervention from an IT department.

OneScript is run via any web browser that has Javascript capability.
